Erietta Constantinidou Counselling Psychologist
A space for understanding, acceptance and a meaningful therapeutic relationship
Psychotherapy for adults, teenagers, children, parents and couples, with an approach that adapts to each person’s needs, personal story and pace.

Therapy is a process of understanding ourselves more deeply, which allows us to recognise our needs and make changes that are meaningful to us.
About me
My therapeutic approach is based on building a meaningful relationship, where there is room for authenticity, acceptance and deeper understanding.
The person-centred philosophy is the foundation of my work, while the therapeutic process is enriched by psychodynamic and systemic perspectives, depending on what each person brings and needs.

WHERE TO START
What brings you here today?
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need before getting in touch. There may be something specific you are finding difficult, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
- 01 Anxiety and stress When worry, tension or constant thoughts make everyday life difficult.
- 02 Low mood When everyday life feels heavier, or things that used to matter no longer hold your interest.
- 03 Psychological trauma When difficult past experiences continue to affect your emotions, relationships or sense of safety today.
- 04 Obsessive-compulsive difficulties When persistent thoughts, doubts or repeated actions make everyday life difficult.
- 05 Loss and life changes When a loss, a separation or a major change needs time and space to be worked through.
- 06 Self-esteem When harsh self-criticism or doubts about your own worth affect your choices and relationships.
- 07 Relationship difficulties When recurring patterns make communication and connection with others difficult.
- 08 Concern about a child or teenager When changes in mood, behaviour or daily life worry the parents.

Contact me →Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a session last and how often do we meet?
An individual session lasts 50 minutes. Sessions usually take place weekly, although the frequency can be adjusted to your needs and what you would like to work on.
How long does psychotherapy last?
There is no single length that suits everyone. The course of psychotherapy depends on what each person brings, their needs and their pace, and it is discussed as the therapeutic process unfolds.
What can I expect from the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what led you to seek psychotherapy. There is space to express what is on your mind, ask questions and explore together your needs and expectations of therapy.
How will I know if psychotherapy is right for me?
You don’t need a specific diagnosis or a major crisis to see a psychologist. Psychotherapy can offer a space for a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, your relationships and recurring patterns, as well as for changes that are truly meaningful in each person’s life.
How does psychotherapy for children and teenagers work, and what is the parents’ role?
The therapeutic process is adapted to the age and needs of the child or teenager, with respect for their privacy and for the therapeutic relationship. Working with parents is a steady part of the process, with regular meetings aimed at better understanding and supporting the needs of the child or teenager.
