Workshop details
This relationship is shaped by our personal experiences, thoughts and emotions, as well as by the messages we receive from the world around us.
Through experiential exercises, creative expression and discussion, participants had the opportunity to notice how they speak about and relate to their body, to recognise the impact of self-criticism and to explore a different relationship with it, with more acceptance, care and gratitude.
